My Current Thoughts #8 "PEOPLE"

Me & My Scattered Thoughts 

Those who REALLY know me know that I don't do fake EVER. I'm honest and direct at all times be it in friendships, relationships & in business. I'm a very observant person & when something doesn't sit well with my spirit, I have to let it go or voice my opinion. I have learned never to totally trust a person's words because there actions will always speak their truth. You can always see the core of a person's heart through their actions.... I have been busy weeding my garden of friendship lately ... Flowers will NEVER bloom when surrounded by weeds & I am a precious flower that deserves to be nurtured and handled with care. When you have a certain standard & know your worth, it makes all the difference. 

I've also been wondering why is it so hard for some people to realize that if your actions aren't done in Love, they don't count. Love is the only real connective tissue that allows you not to live & die by yourself. It gives you purpose beyond YOU.~Will Smith~ (GOD is love)

And do I have I wanna be your secret lover written on my forehead... Umm if we can't be seen in public together "WE" can't be!!! I'm NOT her. So keep it moving because I have standards. #PURE COMEDY

Random Rambles....

I am NOT one who goes with the flow, I AM THE FLOW!!!... I live MY life without labels 

Letting go of old habits of accepting what is given rather than demanding what is deserved (my best decision ever)

Knowing that MY life only gets better because I create it & God has total authority over it  (priceless)

It feels good to be told that you are well liked & appreciated.

My positive light attracts positive people & energy 

I am who GOD says I am

Thoughts of him make my heart smile

Here we go with my random ramblings as always ... 

I'm currently thinking about today's TO DO LIST 
*Finish article 
*Cook dinner 
*Finish this week's read The Tongue a Creative Force
*Relax & chill with Mini Me 

Oh yeah and watch the Soul Train Awards 

SN: I am not a fan of television or The Soul Train Music Award, but they're honoring my favorite group tonight (NEW EDITION) & since I'm a certified stalker, I must indulge.  

Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky, Mike, Ralph & Johnny have helped me in so many ways over the years. When I felt sad or lonely, they always had a song for me. I can remember listening to Candy Girl on my Granny's record player and all the posters that my sister and I collected & plastered all over our hot pink bedroom walls. My mom made sure that we went to every concert & I thank her for aiding in my New Edition addiction LOL.

Let's see what else ... 

Last night was cool I got the opportunity to see Chris Williams perform ( I just call him friend) & it was such a delight. It brings me joy to feed the dreams of others. His music is a blend of soul, funk, & gospel.

That is all for now off to finish my to do list.
